June Favorites !
I think that for the first time in a long time, my favorites aren't gonna start by "Omg this month was hectic and so busy how am I still a human?" cause we're officially in summer baby. These are the things I've been loving this month:
Gurl, don't even get me started on this show. IT'S SO FUCKING GOOD. I've been meaning to start it for a long time but I decided to wait till summer so that I don't use it as an excuse to procrastinate (and I was right because- not gonna lie- there has been days when I didn't leave the house just to watch it. Don't judge me.) Every character is perfectly constructed and the plot is a gift that keeps on giving (HIS TATTOOS HOLD SO MANY SECRETS). Also, is it weird that I love T-Bag? He's a great villain (Don't spoil please, I'm only on Season 2!). And I heard Wentworth Miller has Lebanese roots so, you know, we're basically family.
I've been really getting into podcasts at the moment, namely when I'm writing or working out and don't feel like listening to music. I've been loving this one because it really gives an in-depth perception into the lives and minds of content creators I really admire such as Hank and John Green, Troye Sivan, Tyler Oakley, all of those awesome people and more. I was so happy when I found these rings in Topshop, because not only are they exactly what I've been looking for but they were also a crazy bargain at 6$ the pack of 3. I didn't really like the 3rd one but I absolutely love these two- I'm usually too lazy to find jewelry that matches my outfit but I feel like just throwing these rings on gives any outfit that little extra something- if you know what I mean.
I've had 3 songs on repeat this whole month and they are:
-Cigarette Daydreams by Cage the Elephant (One of my favorite bands ever).
-Hummingbird by Miss E (It was at the end of E01S03 of Orange is the New Black).
-Famous by Charli XCX (This woman has the power to make you feel instantly badass and carefree. I frickin love her).
And that concludes this month's favorites! I've had a hundred tiny moments that I've loved this month but that's a post by itself.
