They See Me Haulin'...

I'm back from my trip to France, and as you will see below, I did some damage. Apart from the amazing scenery and culture, Paris is also full of shops that we don't get here so I may have went a little overboard. So much so in fact that I don't think everything I bought will fit into this one post but I'm sure they'll pop up on the blog at some point or another (August Favorites, anyone?).
Also, I apologize for the pictures- My camera was being stupid and I kinda gave up in the middle of the shoot.

Kiko Eyeshadow Palette from the Reckless Spirit collection in 02. Fiery Rose
I would be lying if I said Kiko didn't overwhelm me in the slightest. The store I was in was huge and there were so many things I didn't know I needed until I saw them, including this palette. To be completely honest, it was the name that drew me in: "Reckless Spirit" and "Fiery Rose" are pretty badass names and they kinda remind me of Acacia Brinley in a weird way? Of course, the colors are absolutely gorgeous and purple really suits the color of my eyes so I'm sure I will get a lot of use from it.

Sephora Nail Lacquer in Under the Covers
I've been searching for a white nail polish for months but no one seems to sell completely opaque ones. What I like about this one is that you can get a completely opaque finish with just two coats which is perfect because I'm a lazy fuck and who has time for three coats? The only problem I have with it though is the applicator- it's pretty big and makes it hard to apply without smudging it everywhere. Oh well, guess beggars can't be choosers.

They're Real! mascara by Benefit. I'm really sorry about this picture; it sucks massively but I just couldn't make my camera work and it was the only picture I got from the mascara.
I know this is a marmite product- some people love it and some hate it- but I'm pretty much in the middle. I like the volume and length it gives but I find it a real pain to apply because of the watery nature of the formula, and it really doesn't compare to the Lancome one (you can read my review here). I'm gonna wait for it to dry a little then try it again and hopefully it'll be better because even though this is the mini, it was still really expensive.
Keychain from Brandy Melville
I've seen these emoji keychains on Instagram and I really wanted the smiling devil one but they only had the poop one in store so I picked that one up. It's funny, cute and handy for klutzes like me that always lose their keys.

That's all I'm gonna show you in this post, but be sure to check back this week to find everything else in this month's favorites and maybe a cheeky what's in my bag (but don't hold me to it- we all know I'm not blogger of the year...)
