My December Favorites

I spent the first half of December studying for tests and stressing my life out and the second half stuffing my face and watching TV Series, so the only "physical" favorites of mine are really just my blanket and laptop. I'm on break, I have the right to be lazy okay?
Still, I wanted to put something up as it's the last favorites of the year so I decided I'd do a music/book/TV Show favorite of the month. I swear it's not as bad as it sounds.
Tom and Giovanna Fletcher are my absolute favorites: They're hilarious, adorable and talented as all-hell. I love listenning to their covers because their voices mesh so beautifully together and they just make me really happy. Love is on the Radio in particular is the kind of song that lifts you up and puts you in a good mood no matter what; I don't know how to explain it but if a song could be a happy place, then this one would be mine.
(While we're kinda, not really on the subject of Mcfly/McBusted, I'd just like to tell you that James Bourne follows me on twitter. Totally not freaking out. Nope.)

"Samantha Kingston has it all: the world's most crush-worthy boyfriend, three amazing best friends, and first pick of everything at Thomas Jefferson High—from the best table in the cafeteria to the choicest parking spot. Friday, February 12, should be just another day in her charmed life.
Instead, it turns out to be her last.
Then she gets a second chance. Seven chances, in fact. Reliving her last day during one miraculous week, she will untangle the mystery surrounding her death—and discover the true value of everything she is in danger of losing."
I'm gonna be honest, at first it was really hard to get into this book. It felt like it was the story of a popular girl bragging about how pretty and popular and all-round awesome she was, which was pretty annoying. But as soon as you pass Sam's death, something changes: The story becomes more and more honest, and it's like you break a wall and finally get through to the real Sam. The plot is pretty predictable but I guarantee you'll still want to hang around for the end.

How hot is Adam Brody? Dayum.
This month I've rediscovered an old classic (Mainly because I've been on season 3 for about 2 years and only found the time to finish the series during my break). There's something about this show that will always draw you in, even if the acting isn't great, the clothes are beyond cringy and the action is sorta predictable: It's one of my "coming into my teens" show so I suppose it will always hold a soft spot in my heart (Also, Seth. Just... Seth.)

It was a quickie this month but I still hope you enjoy this little glimpse into what I've been listening to/reading/watching and hope you'll check one of them out.
I love you and I hope you spend a wonderful New Year's! Do tell me what you what did and if it was any fun!
