Scavenger Hunt
Saturday, my friends and I went on a little scavenger hunt for our friend's birthday. The masterminds, Rami and Nicolas, divided us into 2 groups of 4 and gave us tasks to finish as fast as we could.
We got some weird-ass things like " Take 10 selfies with strangers " and " Film 5 strangers say 'Happy Birthday Kevin' ".
The game took place in the whole of Beirut: We started in Sioufi, went to Sassine Square, Badaro and then Monot all on foot (To those who know Beirut than you know how tiring that is, and to those who know me than you know how tired I was..)
We got to do some really nice things like feed a homeless man and coincidentally, both teams saw and fed the same man without knowing it till later on and that was pretty awesome. I filmed his reaction, it was so heartwarming and made us so happy.
I can only imagine how funny it was to create the game and see us humiliate ourselves in public (I'm pretty sure people thought we were maniacs). We had to video proof everything so there are definitely some very compromising videos of us out there but still..
Throughout the game we got enigmas that led us to places: The first enigma was in Morse code and led us to a supermarket for a a speed kind of challenge, the second was a song that led us to the place we had to regroup and fill out a test on the birthday boy and the third, an Indian code that helped us decode the place where we would be having dinner.
Admittedly, the game was pretty crazy but it was so much fun and such a nice and unique thing to do for someone's birthday. The boys were really creative and the game was so cool, it came down as a memory we'll remember for a long time.

| That's us doing pushups in McDonald's. Yes, we look ridiculous. Also, I don't know how to do pushups. |
